“I have spent in excess of twenty five years in the construction industry in Ireland, the UK and the Middle East, working with both Contractor and Consultant.
Following 9 years working on projects in the UK in the capacity of Engineer and Quantity Surveyor, I returned to Ireland in 1997 to take up a Senior Quantity Surveying position on the €600 million LUAS Light Rail Transit in Dublin. I then joined Nolan Ryan PQS practice in 2000, where I set-up and managed my own division shortly thereafter, becoming an Associate Director of Nolan Ryan in 2005 and a Regional Director of Nolan Ryan Tweeds (A White Young Green company) in 2007.
I joined Louis Berger Group in January 2009 as the Commercial Manager on the €1.0 billion Al Salam Street Tunnel and Expressway project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I returned to Ireland in late 2013 and, following a brief sabbatical, set up my own practice to focus on my primary areas of work interest, Contract Administration, Claims Management and Dispute Resolution.”
